Mold
With an experienced R&D team, our mold production is strictly in accordance with the high standards of the industry, customer-tailored production, 15-20 days in mold production, 2D and 3D embossing/ debossing, with customized shape.
Printing
The imported printing machine and skilled printers can fulfill customers’ various printing requirements, with 90%-95% color close to customer demand. We use food-grade ink, so the tins are safe to store food.
Production
Cutting, punching and production process are all finished by skilled workers and the latest machines.
Quality Control
Strict tinplate testing, production line testing, finished product testing and production environment testing guarantee a high-quality product.
