Dongguan MeiJingHui Tin Box Co., Ltd. is a factory specializing in tin packaging boxes. It has taken the lead in introducing advanced modern production lines. There are more than 100 pieces of punching equipment and 6 automatic punching lines. By now, we have more than 2,000 sets of molds. The equipment and molds are still being updated. The factory also has a large amount of inventory with no MOQ, and the goods can be shipped at any time.
Our products can be discussed and customized according to the specific requirement of customers to create a suitable economy tin box to ensure customer profits.
The tin box is widely used and involved in many industries. Welcome customers from all over the world to contact us for samples and visit the factory.
MOLDING
Mold Workshop
The molding workshop is equipped with the most advanced equipment including high-speed CNC machining, Sadik and Charmilles EDM, Sodick slow wire-cutting machines, Laser carving machines etc precise machines to guarantee that we can achieve customer’s different requirements in mold, structure and process.
PRINTING
Printing Workshop
We use the Japanese Fuji P453 iron printing machine to print the customer’s artwork on the tinplate, and the printers are all with more than 20 years of experience in printing, hence we can achieve printing colors of about 90-95% close to the customer’s requirement.
PRODUCTION
Production Workshop
The factory currently has 8 automated production lines, 4 automatic cutting machines, and 80 professional punching machines.
The monthly production capacity is more than 5 million pieces.
QUALITY
Quality Detection
A Professional QC team and quality control system helps us to better control the tin can quality.
PACKAGING
Packaging Workshop
All the tin cans will go through the oven first, be cleaned with alcohol then pack into the carton. The sales will also spot-check the tin cans before shipment.
STORAGE
Warehouse
The warehouse is dry and can store 10 container products. We have the ability to accept large orders.
